چکیده
Multi-emissive compounds have attracted significant attention from the research community owing to wide array of potential application areas. However, move towards application, such systems should be readily immobilized by solution-based methods form soft materials as gels and films. Herein we report use Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) deposition easily immobilize luminescent lanthanide-based amphiphilic solids into multi-emissive ultrathin LB films, multilayering different amphiphiles. Utilizing this technique, reliably fabricated dual- triple-emissive films where overall emission film is tuned. Furthermore, demonstrated that these are temperature-dependent, with profiles significantly altering 294 340 K, resulting in colour changes ultrathin, contactless ratiometric thermometer coatings.

Temperature- and thickness-dependent elastic moduli of polymer thin films
The mechanical properties of polymer ultrathin films are usually different from those of their counterparts in bulk. Understanding the effect of thickness on the mechanical properties of these films is crucial for their applications. However, it is a great challenge to measure their elastic modulus experimentally with in situ heating. In this study, a thermodynamic model for temperature- (T) an...
متن کاملSensitively Temperature-Dependent Spin Orbit Coupling in SrIrO3 Thin Films
Spin orbit coupling plays a non-perturbation effect in many recently developed novel fields including topological insulators and spin-orbit assistant Mott insulators. In this paper, strongly temperature-dependent spin orbit coupling, revealed by weak anti-localization, is observed at low temperature in 5d strongly correlated compound, SrIrO3. As the temperature rising, increase rate of Rashba c...
متن کاملTemperature Dependent Excitonic Photoluminescence from Epitaxial ZnO Thin Films
We have studied the photoluminescence of highly transparent and c-axis oriented ZnO thin films grown on (0001) sapphire by Pulsed Laser Deposition at different temperatures ranging from 10K to 300K. We observed temperature dependent recombination from free excitons, bound excitons and LO phonon assisted free and bound excitonic transitions. The energies of free excitonic transitions are close t...
متن کاملHydrophilicity of Silica Nano-Porous Thin Films: Calcination Temperature Effects
In this research work, silica nano-porous thin films were deposited on glass substrates by layer by layer method. The thin films were calcinated at various calcination temperatures (200, 300, 400, and 500 °C). The morphology, surface characteristics, surface roughness and hydrophilic properties of the thin films were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy, attenuated total ...
متن کاملNiobium Nitride Thin Films and Multilayers for Srf Applications
Superconducting thin films have the potential to overcome fundamental limitations of bulk niobium technology that is currently implemented in linear particle accelerators. Before these thin films can successfully be implemented, systematic studies on structureproperty correlations are necessary. Here, we present the characterization of niobium nitride thin films and multilayers. We explore the ...
